A federal judge says a venture capital firm in Atlanta can continue handing out grants to Black female entrepreneurs. Tuesday's ruling was in favor of a venture capital firm called the Fearless Fund, which was founded by Black women to back businesses run by other Black women. A lawsuit was brought against the firm by a group called the American Alliance for Equal Rights, which claims the Fund unlawfully excludes other races.
