George Floyd Murals Move To New Location In Minneapolis

A group that has cared for hundreds of murals created following the death of George Floyd is moving them to a new location in south Minneapolis. Business owners in the Twin Cities began putting plywood up to protect windows and doors during the unrest caused by Floyd's death in 2020. Artists used the panels to express a range of emotions, and a group known as Memorialize the Movement began collecting them.
