Costco is offering members access to medical care. Through a deal with online marketplace Sesame, Costco members will be able to access online primary care visits for 29-dollars. They can also access mental health visits for 79-dollars and get ten-percent off other services. Clinicians on the platform set their prices and patients pay them directly, not through insurance.
