Study Links French Fries To Mental Health Issues

A new study links French fries to depression and anxiety. A research team in China found that eating fried foods, especially fried potatoes frequently, is linked with a 12-percent higher risk of anxiety and seven-percent higher in depression than those who don't eat fried foods. It's most pronounced in younger men. But nutrition experts said the study is preliminary and it's not clear whether fried foods cause mental health issues,
